Kixi smurfs into 2022

Blue will be the color of 2022! With the global launch of the brand new Smurf #television #series, the classic franchise will once more take the reign in global #kids and #family#entertainment.


Kixi Entertainment is happy to announce that it has licensed selected episodes of the classic Smurf cartoon series to be featured on its SVoD service.


Since 1958, the Smurfs are a global smash hit. With 50 million comic books, 100 million Schleich GmbH Figurines and 300 million Kinder surprise eggs sold worldwide, billion dollar grossing #blockbuster#movies and a broad presence in CP as well as OTG and POS event #marketing, the Smurfs are an evergreen brand with 95% brand awareness.

The selected episodes of the classic "The Smurfs" cartoon series are available on all of Kixi's SVoD platforms. Kixi is part of Trias Media Group.

Over the years, IMPS (since 1984) have worked in close collaboration with their agents worldwide to develop successful licensed merchandising programs, retail- and co-branded promotions, publishing activities, broadcasting deals, theme parks, family entertainment centers, live shows, video games, online games, Smurf music … that have secured the everlasting success of the Smurfs.


IMPS is run by Véronique Culliford, the daughter of Pierre Culliford, the creator of the Smurfs, who is better known under his pseudonym Peyo.
