Kixi Entertainment has licensed a package of 10 #movies from Palatin Media. The package comprises a three-part movie adaptation of the iconic "Anne of Green Gables", the European children's classic "Brave Adventures of a Little Shoemaker", the animated movie highlight "Ploey - You'll never fly alone", and the German detective comedy classic "Robber Hotzenplotz".
Founded in 2011, Palatin Media Film- & Fernseh GmbH is an audiovisual media company based in Munich that has an extensive catalogue of several hundred feature films, series and mini-series. The activities of Palatin Media include worldwide distribution with a strong foothold in German-speaking countries, the production of fictional and non-fictional programs, cinema distribution and broadcast station operations.
"These movies are ideal for family viewing. They appeal to kids and parents alike and many of them are based on iconic stories and characters known by generations of viewers. Of course all of them are educationally valuable.", says Sascha Stradtmann, Head of Acquisitions & Programming at Kixi Entertainment. The movies will be available on all of Kixi's platforms, including the Amazon Prine Video Channel "Kixi Select" as well as the Kixi Apps on Deutsche Telekom's MagentaTV and NetRange MMH GmbH powered SmartTVs.
